The FPI™ (Fitness Performance Indicator™) is a single number that captures how your performance stacks up to the rest of the community.
It has been designed to help you benchmark your progress, evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and set measurable goals.
We use a 1-4 ranking system that loosely correlates to beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite categories.
Your FPI is determined by measuring your performance across multiple inputs that are then bucketed into three categories; STRENGTH, GYMNASTICS, & CONDITIONING. These 3 categories are then compared to each other to determine your strengths and weaknesses, and then averaged together to determine your overall FPI.

Then, using the FPI metric, individuals and coaches can measure fitness improvements over time which, we believe, is a key to long-term gains.
