  • Daily strength and conditioning programming for athletes qualifying for quarterfinals, semifinals, or the Games.
  • Expect to train 3-4 hours a day, 5 days/week inside and outside the gym with heavier loads, higher skills and longer endurance work. 
  • Equipment:  any gear that will be seen during quarterfinals, semifinals, and that has shown up at the Games. 
  • Designed for you to taper for your specific event.
  • Includes: teams, age groups, all season events.
  • One-on-one coaching for anyone who qualifies for the Games.
  • Daily strength and conditioning programming for athletes looking to maximize their CF Open, or other “online” competition, performance. 
  • Expect to train 2-3 hours a day, 5 days/week inside the gym preparing for the loads, movements and modalities common in online competitions.
  • Equipment:  Any gear that has shown up in the Open
