This track has been designed to help athletes compete at the highest levels our sport has to offer. You will see the loading, skills, stimulus, and eventually, the volume needed to compete at these multi-day competitions.
This track has been formulated to serve the intermediate level competitor. Emphasis is on building strength, capacity, and confidence in any skill that could be thrown at us during our 5 weeks of competition.
This track has the newer athlete and will focus on what typically limit newer competitor’s performance in our sport: higher-skilled gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting technique, and fundamental strength.
This track is built for the athlete who has the ability to complete all gymnastics skills as prescribed but wants to improve their capacity, speed, and stamina within these movements.
This track will use running, rowing, and biking to help increase your work capacity from all-out sprints to longer-duration workouts. These three movements will improve your overall fitness.
This track features 8-week blocks that will help you increase your proficiency and strength in the snatch, clean and jerk, and other slow strength movements.
