Position Summary

CompTrain is seeking an individual devoted to providing exceptional customer experience to work the front desk at CrossFit New England (CFNE) and be a customer care representative to both CompTrain and CFNE.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you are dedicated to serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Additionally, you will attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Your key tasks include, but are not limited to: working the CFNE front desk Monday-Friday from 5:00am-10:30am responding to CFNE gym and member needs/requests while providing customer support to CompTrain subscribers through email. From 11:00am-1:00pm, you will dedicate 100% of your time to responding to service tickets with a focus on minimizing response time.

To accomplish this mission, you will have a high degree of problem solving and autonomy based on your past successes and relevant experience. You must be a great communicator, organized, and have proven success in supporting customers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

Work the CFNE front desk Monday-Friday 5:00am-10:30am which includes, but is not limited to; helping the morning coach with gym set-up, member check-in, account management, and general gym cleanliness and product replenishment.
Provide attentive and friendly service to CFNE members.
Go above and beyond to leave the CFNE facility looking better than you found it in the morning.
Respond to and troubleshoot CompTrain Hubspot customer service tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other internal staff to answer customer questions and meet customer needs.
Shape and nurture lasting relationships, be a resource to support, and develop lifelong subscribers.
Identify and interpret information to evolve the customer experience.
Have a deep understanding of CompTrain competitors.
Collect data around recurring customer issues/requests to identify trends for future product improvements.
Escalate concerns/issues to the Head of Customer Care.
Embody CompTrain values and be an exceptional representative of the brand.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline required

About You:

1-2 years customer service experience
CRM experience; previous use/knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
Thrive on providing exceptional customer service
Place importance on attention to detail
Able to solve problems and operate with a high degree of autonomy
Track record of being part of fast-paced, highly successful organizations
An outstanding team player with the ability to set high, attainable goals and help the team achieve world-class results
Deep appreciation and empathy for our users and customers with a strong commitment to customer advocacy and success
An experienced functional fitness athlete with strong knowledge of functional fitness movements, terminology and brands
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification strongly preferred
Currently live in MA

Position Summary

CompTrain is seeking a proven sales leader to be our regional sales associate.

Reporting to the Head of CompTrain Gym, you are a hungry, roll-up the sleeves B2B sales leader who drives sales through prospecting, developing relationships and driving sales processes to grow the CompTrain Gym online platform. Additionally, you will use your experience in clearly communicating a strong value proposition to CompTrain Class subscribers to grow CompTrain Pro memberships.

Your key tasks include, but are not limited to: managing a sales pipeline of CrossFit affiliates, growing CompTrain Gym subscriptions, and providing support for current CompTrain Class subscribers.

To accomplish this mission, you will have a high degree of autonomy based on your past successes and relevant experience. You must be a great communicator, organized, and have proven success in creating opportunities and managing sales accounts.

Job Duties

Drive sales efforts at CompTrain by identifying, evaluating, cultivating and capturing new business in the functional fitness marketplace.
Analyze and understand CompTrain Gym’s customer base and clearly communicate the CompTrain Gym value proposition.
Manage a customer pipeline and generate new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and capturing new gym opportunities.
Shape and nurture lasting relationships with gyms and be a resource to support growth of CompTrain Pro memberships.
Identify and interpret information requests to determine customer requirements.
Have a deep understanding of CompTrain competitors.
Manage the proposal process.
Develop and deliver sales presentations to close deals with new customers.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
Attend events, meetings, trade shows, competitions and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Support marketing efforts at trade shows, competitions, expos, etc.
Keep the team abreast of current and anticipated opportunities and trends.
Embody CompTrain values and be an exceptional representative of the brand.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline required

Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes
Proven sales leader with ability to work autonomously
Proven background in prospecting, managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
Track record of being part of fast-paced, highly successful organizations

Travel

Travel within sales territory is required – approximately 75%.

We are looking to hire an entry level Videographer/Editor to help build and scale our media team. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with our elite coaches and creative leadership to shape the future of our content.

Responsibilities

Create best-in-class video content to support the brand’s digital marketing and content initiatives
Lead pre-production, editing, and post-production of video projects – knows the ins and outs of video production
Participate in concepting, storyboarding of content ideas with an eye and POV on what types of video work best for subject matter, distribution platform, and our customer profile
Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand guidelines are represented in all video regardless of type
Build our CompTrain Gym presence and relationships with affiliates that work closely with CompTrain.

About You:

1-3 years of experience shooting and editing video content, producing a plus
Experience shooting product videos a must
Experience editing videos for variety of platforms – organic social, ads, YouTube series
Fluent with either Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or AVID- Adobe After Effects is a plus
Distinct eye for what makes a video stand out within a cluttered social feed, and a good understanding of what types of content perform best in each channel
Hyper-organized and a self-starter
Creative thinker who can iterate quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent, regularly scheduled deadlines
